I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California (LMFT #86227).  I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco in 2012 and my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Psychology from San Diego State University in 2004. 

I have been working with clients for over six years, and my clinical work includes outpatient private practice, a well-respected Intensive Outpatient behavioral health program in Palo Alto, The Healthy Teen Project program for teens struggling with eating disorders in Los Altos, and family-based therapy services at several area community clinics and school settings.  I have facilitated groups focusing on a range of topics, including disordered eating, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), self-compassion and mindfulness, girls’ empowerment. I am a member of the California and Silicon Valley chapters of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
